Welcome to There Are Real Things, the home of the Incarnationalist International. We admire much that is modern, but we oppose modernism; we are in favour of progress, but we oppose progressivism; we use science, but we oppose scientism. In short, we are lovers of both idea and method, and, because we love them, we spurn utterly the cults that have arisen around them. It is from this perspective - basically young, tolerably literate, always Christian - that this blog shall unfold.
